Arrival Logistics

When you arrive on Saturday, you can either park at a metered space on the street, or in the Joseph Downes parking garage just a block away at 75 John Street.  Parking in Lowell is cheap at $1-2/hour at most.  Meters are only active until 6:00 PM on Saturday, and then you're in the clear right through Monday morning at 8:00 AM.

Lowell Makes is at 47 Lee Street.  Our temporary sign is not easy to see, but if you are on Lee Street, with the Lowell Five bank at your back, we are across the strett - to the left of St. Joseph the Worker Shrine.

Do not park in the loading zone unless you need to temporarily to load or unload something.  Also, do not park in the alley or in the condo parking lot across the street from the church - or you will get towed.

On the bright side, the bank said we can use their parking lot after they close at 1:00 PM on Saturday, so that is a good free parking option.

When you get to Lowell Makes, you can enter our front door, immediately turn left and head downstairs, or you can call us if you need the freight elevator which we also use for wheelchair accessibility. (the city said it's OK)
